Cancellation policy

Notification of a desire to cancel must be given to us within 60 days of delivery and the products must be in our possession within 14 days of being informed of your use of the right to cancel.
The desire to use the right of cancellation must be sent by email to info@fenrisgroup.dk. The notification must clearly state your desire to use the right of cancellation.

Condition of the product upon return

You are liable for the decline in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics and function. This means that you may test the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. If you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase price in return. It is up to Fenris Group to assess the condition of the product.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty covers products according to Danish consumer law. The warranty covers all software, material and manufacturing defects.
Notification of defects and errors must be made to Fenris Group in a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is void in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Fenris Group will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

When returning the product, please get in touch with the company.

Complaints will not be accepted if they are sent on a cash-on-delivery basis.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not share your personal information with others. They are only registered in our customer database. You can have your data deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Fenris Group, we need the following information:

We record your personal information to deliver the product to you.

Your personal information is recorded by Fenris Group and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
